16th Annual Campus Kickoff

Campus Kickoff 2026 is here!

Campus Kickoff welcomes our returning & new students back to campus with booths ranging from student clubs, campus partners, community organizations, nonprofits, and more! With more than 250 attendees, the Campus Kickoff is the perfect opportunity to get involved, connect with on/off-campus partners, find a job, join a club, and of course, all the freebies.
 

Information for Vendors:

Placement is provided on a first come, first served basis. 
Juneau Business, Nonprofit, or other community organizations:

What's included:

• Each registered group will be allotted a 10'x10' space at the event. Please make a special request on the registration form if you feel your group needs more room than this. We will do our best to accommodate.
• Please supply your own table, chairs, and tent. 
• No table skirts will be provided.

FYI:

• Two representatives are required to attend and no table should be left unattended at any point during the event.
• Placement options at the event will be given in order of priority.
• Your placement will be provided at registration at the event.
• If you plan to give out coupons or samples please be aware that we expect over 200 participants in attendance.

Registered Student Organizations and/or On-Campus Departments:

What's included:

• Each registered group will be allotted a 10'x10' space at the event. Please make a special request on the registration form if you feel your group needs more room than this. We will do our best to accommodate.
• We will provide one table and two chairs.
• No table skirts will be provided.
• Tents will be provided based on availability.

FYI:

• Two representatives are required to attend and no table should be left unattended at any point during the event.
• Placement options at the event will be given in order of priority.
• A placement map will be emailed to each group, at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
• If you plan to give out coupons or samples please be aware that we expect over 250 participants in attendance.
