TEMSCO Helicopters - Hiring Event!

Come meet the friendly folks from TEMSCO Helicopters who are looking to hire UAS students for summer positions. No experience necessary - they'll train you!

As a Tour Attendant/Customer Service Representative you will work at the TEMSCO base and are responsible for maintaining tour flow and safety for all helicopter tours. This is a safety-sensitive position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Greeting passengers as they arrive at the base and clearly presenting FAA-required safety information
Preparing guests for their tour, including answering guests’ questions and providing glacier boots
Assisting passengers loading and unloading from helicopters
Following Ramp Supervisor and Pilot instructions to fuel aircraft as needed
To be a successful TEMSCO Tour Attendant/Customer Service Representative applicants should be:

Enthusiastic about interacting with guests from around the world
Excited to work with a team
Safety and customer service focused
Willing to learn
