Details
Take your workouts to the next level in this group personal training setting! Excel in your fitness goals while working out with other highly motivated fitness enthusiasts. This is a non-academic class and requires registration and payment. The class size is limited, see the REC Service desk for details.
Group Training Description
Complex, compound weight training, indoor cycling, circuits, DB, barbell, TRX, Bosu, stability ball, medicine ball workouts and HIIT in a group exercise setting. Modifications can be made for all exercises to accommodate individual needs.
- Experienced Cohort meets from 12:00 pm-1:00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Beginning Cohort meets 12:00pm-1:00pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.
